<Text>O dan adran 5 (2) o Ddeddf Iechyd (Cymru) 2003, caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru at ddibenion galluogi neu gynorthwyo PIC i gyflawni swyddogaethau ar ran y Cynulliad, drwy orchymyn, drosglwyddo i PIC eiddo, hawliau a rhwymedigaethau a phersonau a gyflogir mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw rai o'r swyddogaethau hynny.</Text>

<Text>Mae'r gorchymyn hwn yn trosglwyddo'r tir a'r cynnwys sydd gan y Cynulliad ac a bennir yn yr Atodlen i PIC (erthyglau 2 a 3) a hefyd yn trosglwyddo staff penodol a gyflogir gan y Cynulliad i PIC (erthygl 4).</Text>
