Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Cyfathrebu Electronig) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2004 a daw i rym ar 1 Ionawr 2005.
(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i dir yng Nghymru.
Diwygio rheoliadau sy'n ymwneud ag apelau cynllunio
2. Diwygir Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Atgyfeiriadau ac Apelau) (Gweithdrefn Sylwadau Ysgrifenedig) (Cymru) 2003(1) yn unol ag Atodlen 1 i'r Gorchymyn hwn.
Diwygio rheoliadau sy'n ymwneud â hysbysiadau gorfodi ac apelau
3.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Hysbysiadau Gorfodi ac Apelau) (Cymru) 2003(2) yn unol ag Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn hwn.
(2) Diwygir Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gorfodi) (Gweithdrefn Sylwadau Ysgrifenedig) (Cymru) 2003(3) yn unol ag Atodlen 3 i'r Gorchymyn hwn.
