SCHEDULE 6FOR PROTECTION OF NETWORK RAIL
Repayment of Network Rail’s costs in connection with construction
12.
The undertaker must pay to Network Rail a sum equivalent to any costs reasonably incurred by Network Rail in—
(a)
constructing any work on behalf of the undertaker as provided by paragraph 4 or in constructing any protective works as provided by paragraph 5; and
(b)
respect of the approval by the engineer of plans submitted by the undertaker and the supervision by the engineer of the construction of any relevant work.
