The Domiciliary Care Agencies (Wales) Regulations 2004

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 4(6), 12(2), 14(1)(d), 15(3), 16(1) and (3), 22(1), (2)(a) to (d) and (f) to (j), (5)(a) and (7)(a) to (h) and (j), 25, 35 and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 20001, having consulted such persons as it considers appropriate2:—
