These Regulations make various amendments to the Education (Pupil Exclusions and Appeals) (Maintained Schools) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and the Education (Pupil Exclusions and Appeals) (Pupil Referral Units) (Wales) Regulations 2003.
Provision of information3
In regulation 5(1)(a) of the 2003 Regulations insert the words “date of birth,” before the word “gender”.
