The Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003
Citation, commencement, application and interpretation1.
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st May 2003.

These Regulations apply to Wales.

In these Regulations—
“the Form” (“y Ffurflen”) means Form 21 substituted in Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations;
Substitution of new fee2.
In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations—
(a)
in the first column, for the words “ten pounds” there is substituted the words “twenty pounds”; and
(b)
in the second column, for the amounts “£6.00” and “50p” there is substituted the amounts “£14.00” and “£1.00” respectively.
Amendment of the Form3.
In the part of the Form headed “FEES”, for the amounts “£6.00”, “50p” and “£10.00”, there are substituted the amounts “£14.00”, “£1.00” and “£20.00” respectively.
These Regulations provide, in relation to Wales, for the increase of fees prescribed in the Commons Registration (General) Regulations 1966 (S.I. 1966/1471), which were previously increased by the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 (S.I. 1980/1195) and the Commons Registration (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 (S.I. 1989/2167)), for searches of the Registers of Common Land and Town and Village Greens and for providing certified copies of entries in the Registers.
These Regulations also amend the amounts specified in the Table of Fees contained at the end of the form contained in the Schedule to S.I. 1989/2167 accordingly.
