The Commission shall not exercise its functions under regulation 2(f) of the Functions Regulations in relation to a particular inquiry or proposed inquiry without the consent of the National Assembly.

In exercising its functions under regulation 2(f) the Commission shall take into account any advice or guidance relating to health service inquiries given to NHS bodies by the Assembly.
