The Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No.2) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2003
Title, application and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No. 2) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2003; it applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 31st March 2003.
Interpretation2.
Amendment of article 13.
In article 1(2) of the Principal Order the words “1st August 2003” are substituted for “1st April 2003”.
Amendment of article 74.
“(a)
before the relevant date, was marked in accordance with regulation 7(4) or (5) or regulation 14 of the 2000 Regulations; or”.

This Order, which applies in relation to Wales, amends the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No. 2) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2302 (W.227)) (“the Principal Order”).
The Order amends the date that the Principal Order ceases to have effect (from 1st April 2003 to 1st August 2003) (article 3) and corrects a textual mistake introduced by the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (Wales) (No. 2) (Amendment) 2003 (S.I. 2003/167 (W.27)) (article 4).
A regulatory appraisal has not been prepared for this Order.
