Coming into force
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and section 5(1), and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales3, the National Assembly for Wales considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order4, and after completion of the consultation period prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act5, hereby makes the following Order:
Title and commencement1.
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2003.
(2)
This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
Dissolution of NHS Trust2.
The Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19926 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
