The Powys Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and section 5(1), and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 19902 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales3, the National Assembly for Wales considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order4, and after completion of the consultation period prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act5, hereby makes the following Order:
