With effect from the transfer date, any property, rights or liabilities of a Welsh health authority which are not transferred to a Local Health Board by virtue of the Local Health Boards (Transfer of Property, Rights and Liabilities) (Wales) Order 20035 shall be transferred to the National Assembly for Wales.
