In Article 4 of the Principal Order the words
““youth training trainee” has the meaning given by paragraph 8 of and Schedule 1 to this Order” are deleted; and
(2)
Part IV (Youth Training) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is deleted in its entirety.
