The General Teaching Council for Wales (Disciplinary Functions) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 42(6) of, and paragraph 9 of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 1(4) and 4 of Schedule 2 to, the Teaching and Higher Education Act 19981 and now vested in the National Assembly for Wales2, and after consulting the General Teaching Council for Wales in accordance with section 42(9) of that Act, the National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations:
