The Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
