Section 336(1) provides the definition of “prescribed”. 1990 c. 8; the functions of the Secretary of State under sections 173(10), 174(4), and 175(1) were, in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672) and are, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, vested in the National Assembly for Wales by article 4 of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/253 (W.5)). Section 91(1) provides the definition of “prescribed”. 1990 c. 9; the functions of the Secretary of State under sections 39(4), 40(1) and 42(5) are, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales vested in the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672).
