Camau i'w cymryd os cadarnheir bod y clefyd yn bresennol ar ddaliad
7.—(1) Os yw'r Prif Swyddog Milfeddygol wedi cadarnhau bod y clefyd yn bresennol ar ddaliad, rhaid i arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno hysbysiad o dan yr erthygl hon i feddiannydd y daliad hwnnw yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddo sicrhau y cydymffurfir â'r cyfyngiadau a'r gofynion a geir yn erthygl 5 onid oes hysbysiad o'r fath o dan erthygl 5 wedi ei gyflwyno eisoes ac yn yr achos hwnnw fe fydd y cyfyngiadau a'r gofynion a gynhwysir ynddo yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y byddant yn cael eu hamrywio neu eu disodli gan arolygydd milfeddygol.
(2) Pan geir cadarnhad o'r fath caiff arolygydd milfeddygol ei gwneud yn ofynnol, drwy hysbysiad, fod y camau hynny a nodir yn erthygl 6 yn cael ei roi ar waith hefyd neu fel y gwêl orau.
