Hysbysu am y clefyd
4.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n amau bod y clefyd yn bresennol mewn unrhyw fochyn neu garcas—
(a)y mae'n berchen arno; neu
(b)sydd yn ei ofal; neu
(c)y mae yn ei archwilio,
hysbysu'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol yn ddiymdroi.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n dadansoddi samplau a gymerir o unrhyw anifail neu garcas ac sy'n darganfod tystiolaeth o wrthgorffynnau neu antigenau i'r clefyd neu unrhyw frechiad i'r clefyd hysbysu'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol yn ddiymdroi.
(3) Ni chaiff neb symud yr un mochyn na charcas yr amheuir ei fod wedi ei heintio gan y clefyd, nac unrhyw gig, cynnyrch a wnaed o foch, semen, ofwm nac embryo mochyn, porthiant anifeiliaid, tail (tom) na biswail nac unrhyw offer, deunydd na gwastraff y maent yn debygol o drosglwyddo'r clefyd, o'r daliad nac o le arall lle y ceir hyd iddo, oni bai fod arolygydd milfeddygol wedi ymweld â'r daliad neu'r lle arall hwnnw a bod yr arolygydd hwnnw naill ai wedi gorfodi cyfyngiadau o dan erthygl 5 neu wedi hysbysu'r person hwnnw nad oes angen, yn ei farn ef, gwneud hynny.
