Cydymffurfio
16.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw hysbysiad neu drwydded o dan y Gorchymyn hwn fod yn ysgrifenedig, a chaiff fod yn gyffredinol neu'n benodol, caiff fod yn ddarostyngedig i amodau a gellir ei ddiwygio, ei atal neu ei ddirymu yn ysgrifenedig ar unrhyw adeg ac yn benodol gellir ei atal neu ei ddirymu os yw'r awdurdod dyroddi o'r farn resymol na chydymffurfir â darpariaethau'r Gorchymyn hwn.
(2) Os bydd unrhyw berson yn methu â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofyniad yn y Gorchymyn hwn neu ag unrhyw gyfarwyddyd a roddwyd, neu ag unrhyw hysbysiad neu drwydded a gyflwynwyd o'i herwydd, caiff arolygydd, heb ymrwymiad i unrhyw achos sy'n ymwneud â thramgwydd a fo'n codi o ganlyniad i'r methiant hwnnw, gymryd unrhyw gamau sydd eu hangen i sicrhau y cydymffurfir â'r gofynion, y cyfarwyddyd, yr hysbysiad neu'r drwydded neu i sicrhau iddynt gael eu rhoi ar waith.
(3) Caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol neu'r awdurdod lleol adfer unrhyw dreuliau sy'n deillio o waith arolygydd o dan baragraff (2) fel dyled sifil oddi wrth y person sydd mewn diffyg talu.
