Camau i'w cymryd os cadarnheir bod y clefyd yn bresennol mewn mochyn fferal
14.—(1) Os cadarnheir bod y clefyd yn bresennol mewn mochyn fferal yng Nghymru, neu os datgenir ardal heintiedig yn Lloegr sy'n cyffwrdd â ffin Cymru, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru drwy orchymyn datganiadol sefydlu ardal heintiedig a'i maint yn ddigon i gwmpasu'r ardal yr amheuir bod y clefyd yn bresennol ynddi.
(2) Caiff y gorchymyn datganiadol ym mharagraff (1) osod unrhyw rai o gyfyngiadau a gofynion Atodiad 2, neu'r cyfan ohonynt, yn yr ardal heintiedig a chaiff hefyd atal hela a gwahardd bwydo moch fferal yn yr ardal honno.
(3) Caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gymryd unrhyw gamau sydd, yn ei farn, eu hangen i sicrhau bod yr holl bersonau mewn ardal heintiedig yn llwyr ymwybodol o'r cyfyngiadau a'r gofynion sydd mewn grym mewn ardal heintiedig, gan gynnwys ei gwneud yn ofynnol i feddiannwyr eiddo sydd o fewn yr ardal honno ddangos hysbysiadau neu arwyddion.
(4) Caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy orchymyn datganiadol, osod gwaharddiad ar sefydlu daliadau newydd o fewn ardal heintiedig.
(5) Caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy orchymyn datganiadol, osod gwaharddiad ar fridio moch o fewn ardal heintiedig, ac eithrio yn unol â thrwydded a roddwyd gan arolygydd milfeddygol.
(6) Bernir bod unrhyw ddaliad sydd yn rhannol y tu mewn i ardal heintiedig ac yn rhannol y tu allan i gyd o fewn y parth hwnnw.
