Glanhau a diheintio
12.—(1) Wrth ddiheintio o dan y Gorchymyn hwn, rhaid defnyddio diheintydd sydd wedi ei gymeradwyo at y diben hwnnw o dan Orchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) 1978(1).
(2) Rhaid i widdonladdwyr a ddefnyddir at ddibenion y Gorchymyn hwn fod wedi'u cofrestru o dan Reoliadau Rheoli Plaladdwyr 1986(2) neu wedi'u hawdurdodi o dan Reoliadau Cynhyrchion Bywleiddaidd 2002(3).
(3) Rhaid i weithrediadau glanhau a diheintio ac, os yw'n bridol, defnyddio gwiddonladdwr ar safle gael eu gwneud o dan oruchwyliaeth arolygydd milfeddygol neu arolygydd yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau arolygydd milfeddygol.
