5. Yn lle paragraff 10(2) rhoddir —
“(2) Rhaid i'r panel hefyd ganiatáu —
(a)i'r athro neu'r athrawes â gofal roi sylwadau ysgrifenedig, i gael ei gynrychioli neu ei chynrychioli ac i ymddangos a rhoi sylwadau llafar, a
(b)i'r awdurdod addysg lleol roi sylwadau ysgrifenedig, yn ychwanegol at y datganiad y mae'n ofynnol i'r awdurdod ei gyflwyno i'r panel o dan is-baragraff (1), i gael ei gynrychioli ac i ymddangos a rhoi sylwadau llafar.”.
