Gwahardd disgyblion: canllawiau
9. Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw swyddogaethau —
(a)yr athro neu'r athrawes sydd â gofal uned cyfeirio disgyblion,
(b)awdurdod addysg lleol, neu
(c)panel apêl a ffurfiwyd yn unol â pharagraff 2 o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau 2003 fel y'u haddaswyd,
o dan adran 52(2) o Ddeddf 2002 neu o dan y Rheoliadau hyn.
(2) Wrth gyflawni unrhyw swyddogaeth o'r fath, rhaid i'r cyfryw berson neu gorff roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a roddir o dro i dro gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
