3. At ddibenion adran 52(5) o Ddeddf 2002 rhagnodir yr awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal uned cyfeirio disgyblion(1) fel y corff cyfrifol mewn perthynas â gwaharddiad am gyfnod penodedig o'r uned cyfeirio disgyblion honno.
