Subject to paragraph (2) the Education (Pupil Referral Units) (Appeals against Permanent Exclusion) (Wales) Regulations 20037 are revoked.

Nothing in paragraph (1) is to affect the continued application of those Regulations by virtue of regulation 7 of the Education Act 2002 (Transitional Provisions) (No.2) (Wales) Regulations 20038 (pupils excluded before 9th January 2004).
