17. Yn achos ysgol nad yw'n ysgol arbennig, a yw'r disgybl yn cael addysg —
(a)mewn dosbarth meithrin;
(b)mewn dosbarth arbennig a ddynodwyd felly gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol neu a drefnwyd felly gan yr ysgol; neu
(c)mewn dosbarth prif ffrwd nad yw wedi'i ddynodi yn ddosbarth arbennig gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol neu a drefnwyd fel dosbarth arbennig gan yr ysgol.
