Sesiynau ysgol
5.—(1) Pan fydd sesiwn ysgol yn y flwyddyn ysgol 2003—2004 wedi'i neilltuo'n llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon a gyflogir yn yr ysgol honno, ymdrinnir â'r sesiwn honno at ddibenion rheoliad 4 fel pe bai'n sesiwn pan gyfarfu'r ysgol.
(2) Pan fydd sesiwn ysgol yn y flwyddyn ysgol 2004—2005 wedi'i neilltuo'n llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon a gyflogir yn yr ysgol honno, ymdrinnir â'r sesiwn honno at ddibenion rheoliad 4 fel pe bai'n sesiwn pan gyfarfu'r ysgol.
(3) Pan fydd sesiwn ysgol yn y flwyddyn ysgol 2005—2006 wedi'i neilltuo'n llwyr neu yn bennaf i ddarparu hyfforddiant y mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys iddo ar gyfer athrawon a gyflogir yn yr ysgol honno, ymdrinnir â'r sesiwn honno at ddibenion rheoliad 4 fel pe bai'n sesiwn pan gyfarfu'r ysgol.
(4) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys ond mewn perthynas â sesiynau ar neu ar ôl 1 Ionawr 2004 ac nid oes dim ym mharagraffau (1), (2) a (3) i fod yn effeithiol mewn perthynas â mwy na dwy sesiwn ysgol ym mhob blwyddyn ysgol.
(5) Mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys i hyfforddiant sy'n ymwneud â datblygu trefniadau ar gyfer derbyn disgyblion i'r cyfnod allweddol cyntaf a throsi rhwng y cyfnodau allweddol ac ar gyfer cynllunio a chyflwyno'r cwricwlwm.
