Diwygio rheoliad 5A o Reoliadau Asiantaethau Mabwysiadu 1983
2. Yn rheoliad 5A o Reoliadau Asiantaethau Mabwysiadu 1983(1) (deiliadaeth swydd aelodau), ar ôl paragraff (1), mewnosoder —
“(1A) Where —
(a)a member of an adoption panel holds office and is in his second consecutive term as a member of that panel; and
(b)his term of office is due to expire on or after 31st December 2003,
the adoption agency may extend the term of office of that member for a further period not exceeding two years.”.
