3.—(1) Caiff y rhan o gymuned Llanbister sydd ym Mhowys ac a ddangosir â llinellau du ar fap ffiniau A ei gwahanu oddi wrth y gymuned honno a bydd yn ffurfio rhan o gymuned Llanbadarn Fynydd ym Mhowys.
(2) Caiff y rhan o Bowys sydd yng nghymuned Abaty Cwm-hir ac a ddangosir â llinellau du ar fap ffiniau B ei gwahanu oddi wrth y gymuned honno a bydd yn ffurfio rhan o gymuned Llanbadarn Fynydd ym Mhowys.
