Permitted movements during standstill E+W

6.  Notwithstanding articles 4 and 5, animals may be moved off premises during the standstill period if —

(a) the movement is one specified in Schedule 1; or

(b) a permit disapplying the standstill period has been issued by a veterinary inspector.
