1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Gwahardd Pysgota â Threillrwydi Lluosog (Cymru) 2003.
(2) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i Gymru ac yn dod i rym ar 1 Awst 2003.
(3) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn mae i “Gymru” yr un ystyr â “Wales” yn adran 155(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2002(1) ac mae “dyfroedd Cymru” i'w ddehongli yn unol â hynny.

1998 p.38. Diffinnir Cymru yn adran 155(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998 (p.38) i gynnwys “the sea adjacent to Wales out as far as the seaward boundary of the territorial sea”. Mae erthygl 6 o Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999 (O.S. 1999/672) ac Atodlen 3 i'r Gorchymyn hwnnw yn delio â chymhwyso'r ddarpariaeth honno i Aberoedd yr Hafren a'r Ddyfrdwy.
