This Order is called the Prohibition of Fishing with Multiple Trawls (Wales) Order 2003.

This Order applies to Wales and comes into force on 1st August 2003.

In this Order “Wales” has the same meaning as in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 19983 and “Welsh waters” is to be construed accordingly.
