The Care Homes (Wales) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2003

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 22(1) and (7)(a) and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 20001 having consulted such persons as it considers appropriate2 hereby makes the following Regulations:
