These Regulations prescribe the fees that are payable by certain establishments under Part II of the Care Standards Act 2000 (“the Act”)on an application for registration (regulation 3); andon an application for the variation or removal of any condition in force in relation to a registration (regulation 4).

Coming into force1st April 2002

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 12(2), 15(3), 16(3) and 118 (5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 20001 and section 79F and 104(4) of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 9A to the Children Act 19892 hereby makes the following Regulations:
