The Registration of Social Care and Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 12(2), 14(1)(d), 15(3), 16(1), 25(1) and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 20001 and sections 79E(2) and 104(4) of, and paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 9A to, the Children Act 19892 hereby makes the following Regulations:—
