Yn rheoliad 2(1) o Reoliadau Addysg (Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig) (Cymeradwyo Ysgolion Annibynnol) Regulations 199461 (dehongli)—
(a)
ar ôl y diffiniad o “child with a statement”, mewnosodwch—
““executive” has the same meaning as in Part II of the Local Government Act 2000;”;
a
(b)
yn y diffiniad o “local authority”, ar gyfer “acting in the discharge of their functions under any of the enactments specified in Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 (enactments conferring functions assigned to the social services committee)”, amnewidiwch “which is, or whose executive (if any) is, responsible for exercising social services functions within the meaning of section 1A of the Local Authority Social Services Act 197062 (meaning of “social services functions”)”.
