Yn adran 6 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 198636 (dehongli a chymhwyso Rhan II), ar ôl is-adran (6), ychwanegwch—

“(7)

Nothing in this Part shall be construed as applying to anything done by a person in the discharge of any duties under regulations made under section 22 of the Local Government Act 2000 (access to information etc).”37
