Gwahardd pysgota
3.—(1) Mae'r erthygl hon yn gymwys i bysgota am y canlynol—
(a)cimwch wedi'i lurgunio,
(b)cimwch coch wedi'i lurgunio, neu
(c)unrhyw gimwch neu gimwch coch ac arno hollt V.
(2) Mae pysgota gan gwch pysgota Prydeinig perthnasol o fewn y môr tiriogaethol cyfagos at Gymru wedi'i wahardd.
(3) Mae pysgota gan gwch pysgota Albanaidd o fewn y môr tiriogaethol cyfagos at Gymru wedi'i wahardd.
