14. Ni fydd unrhyw swyddog awdurdodedig yn agored mewn unrhyw achos sifil neu droseddol am unrhyw beth a wneir drwy arfer honedig o'r pwerau a roddir iddo neu iddi yn rhinwedd rheoliad 13 os yw'r llys wedi'i fodloni bod y weithred wedi'i gwneud yn ddidwyll, bod yna seiliau rhesymol dros ei gwneud a'i bod wedi'i gwneud gyda medr a gofal rhesymol.
