10.—(1) Rhaid i fuddiolwr—
(a)cadw cofnod o bob gwariant a dynnir mewn cysylltiad â gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd; a
(b)tra bydd gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd yn cael ei gyflawni, ar ôl cwblhau'r gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd ac wedyn drwy gydol y cyfnod rheoli, cadw unrhyw gofnod o'r fath ynghyd ag unrhyw “ddogfennau perthnasol”, ac eithrio i'r graddau y mae swyddog awdurdodedig wedi'i gwneud yn ofynnol cyflwyno unrhyw un ohonynt neu wedi mynd â hwy o dan reoliad 13(5) isod.
(2) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn ystyr y “cyfnod rheoli” mewn perthynas â gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd yw:
(a)cyfnod o chwe blynedd yn dechrau gyda thaliad olaf y cymorth ariannol mewn perthynas â'r gweithrediad hwnnw; neu
(b)y cyfnod hwnnw o chwe blynedd yn ogystal ag unrhyw gyfnod pellach y mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol wedi'i hysbysu i dderbynnydd cymorth ariannol ar unrhyw adeg cyn i'r cyfnod cychwynnol hwnnw o chwe blynedd ddod i ben,
ond wrth benderfynu yn y naill achos neu'r llall ar ba ddyddiad y daw'r cyfnod rheoli i ben, rhaid peidio â chymryd unrhyw amser rhwng cychwyn unrhyw achos a ddygir o dan reoliad 15 i adennill unrhyw gymorth ariannol a dalwyd mewn perthynas â'r gweithrediad a gymeradwywyd a phenderfyniad terfynol neu setliad yr achos hwnnw.
