Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

• “the boundary map” (“y map ffiniau”) means the map prepared by the National Assembly for Wales and marked “Map of the Rhondda Cynon Taff and Vale of Glamorgan (Llanharry, Pont-y-Clun, Penllyn, Welsh St Donats and Pendoylan) Order 2002” and deposited in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Regulations;

• “the Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau”) means the Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 as amended(1);

• “Rhondda Cynon Taff” (“Rhondda Cynon Taf”) means the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff;

• “the Vale of Glamorgan” (“Bro Morgannwg”) means the County Borough of the Vale of Glamorgan.
