The effect of those proposals is that an area of the community of Llanharry in Rhondda Cynon Taff in the vicinity of two properties known as “Brynderwen” and “Two Hoots” (shown cross-hatched in black on the boundary map referred to in Article 2 of the Order) become part of the community of Penllyn in the Vale of Glamorgan after this Order comes into force. 1 1 This Order is called the Rhondda Cynon Taff and Vale of Glamorgan (Llanharry, Pont-y-clun, Penllyn, Welsh St Donats and Pendoylan) Order 2002. 2 This Order shall come into force on 6th April 2002, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations, except that for the purpose of all proceedings preliminary or relating to an election to be held on or after that date this Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.
