2. Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, oni bai fod y cyd-destun yn mynnu fel arall:
ystyr “crynhoad anifeiliaid” (“animal gathering”) yw achlysur pryd deuir ag anifeiliaid ynghyd at ddibenion—
(a)gwerthu;
(b)dangos;
(c)arddangos;
(ch)i'w traddodi ymlaen i'w lladd o fewn Prydain Fawr; neu
(d)yn achos gwartheg stôr, i'w traddodi ymlaen o fewn Prydain Fawr ar gyfer pesgu pellach neu eu gorffen,
ac mae'n cynnwys derbyn neu gadw dros dro yr anifeiliaid hynny; ac
ystyr “diheintydd a gymeradwywyd” (“approved disinfectant”) yw diheintydd a restrir yng Ngorchymyn Clefydau Anifeiliaid (Diheintyddion a Gymeradwywyd) 1978(1) fel un a gymeradwywyd am y tro i'w defnyddio o dan orchmynion cyffredinol(.
