Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order2.

The principal Order shall be amended by the insertion after article 3(2) of the following—(d)

to manage and provide to or in relation to the health service in Wales a range of public health, health protection and health advisory services, child protection services, microbiological laboratory services and services relating to the surveillance, prevention and control of communicable diseases.
