<Text>These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002 and come into force on 1st August 2002.</Text>

<Text>In these Regulations, “the 1989 Regulations” (“<Emphasis>Rheoliadau 1989</Emphasis>”) means the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations 1989<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/>;</Text>

<Title>Fees for certain applications under the General Permitted Development Order</Title>

<Text>In regulation 11A of the 1989 Regulations<FootnoteRef Ref="f00004"/> for paragraph (1) substitute—</Text>

<Text>for an application under Parts 6, 7 or 31, £35; and</Text>
