Part III shall not apply to products on board means of transport operating internationally and intended for consumption by the crew or passengers of that means of transport which are introduced into Wales.

Any person who introduces into Wales a product referred to in paragraph (1) or catering waste derived from such a product shall dispose of it, or ensure that it is disposed of, without delay in accordance with the Animal By-Products Order, by a method specified in Article 5(1)(a), (b) or (c) of that Order.
