The Organic Farming Scheme (Wales) Regulations 2001

The National Assembly for Wales, being designatedM1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by that section, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, after obtaining the approval of the European Commission to a rural development plan submitted in draft in accordance with Article 41 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999M3 on support for rural development, hereby makes the following Regulations—
