The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 218(7) and 232(5) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 19881 and sections 544 and 569(4) and (5) of the Education Act 19962 and now vested in the Assembly3.
