The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary for State by section 57(6) and 63(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

and now vested in it

The powers of the Secretary of State in so far as exercisable in relation to Wales have been transferred to the National Assembly of Wales: see Article 2 of and Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/672)

, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and application1.(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Prescribed Waste (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 2001.

(2)

These Regulations shall come into force on 27 June 2001.

(3)

These Regulations apply to Wales.

are hereby revoked.
