In this Order —

• “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Local Government Act 2000; and

• “relevant authority” (“awdurdod perthnasol”) means—

  1. (a)

     a county council,

  2. (b)

     a county borough council,

  3. (c)

     a community council,

  4. (d)
     a fire authority constituted by a combination scheme under the Fire Services Act 19473, and
  5. (e)
     a National Park authority established under section 63 of the Environment Act 19954.
