The Contaminated Land (Wales) Regulations 2001

The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 78C(8) to (10), 78E(6), 78G(5) and (6), 78L(4) and (5) and 78R(1), (2) and (8) of the Environmental Protection Act 19901, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf:
